EN7000 Constant Current AC
EN7000v2 is the next generation of our SINGLE PHASE AC / 3 PHASE DC Constant Current Control for 50/60 Hz welding applications. The EN7000v2 can be configured to suit your Resistance Spot, Projection, Seam, Crosswire, Hot staking and Heating applications and can be used with a range of thyristor contactors. To reduce capital equipment costs, the EN7000v2 can be configured as Multi-welder (Cascade) control firing up-to 8 AC welding transformers in a flexible sequence. The EN7000v2 comes in 2 formats, with or with-out integrated touch screen programmer. Both formats included include Discreet IO and integrated EIP.

iPAK Medium Frequency DC
iPAK2v2 is the next generation of our integrated timer/controller/inverter system for MF resistance welding. Like the original iPAK and iPAK2 the iPAK2v2 (comes with integrated EIP) control section is housed in a cassette-type casing, which simply mounts onto the inverter for ease of maintenance and continues to deliver millisecond precision, constant current operation and comprehensive monitoring which assure’ s your weld quality. The iPAK2v2 can be configured to suit your Resistance Spot, Projection, Seam, Crosswire, Hot staking and Heating applications and can be used with our range of energy efficient Inverters ranging from 100A to 6000A. To reduce capital equipment costs, the iPAK2v2 can be configured as Multi-welder (Cascade) control firing up-to 8 MF DC welding transformers in a flexible sequence.

Welder Interlock
The Welder Interlock is designed for applications with more than one NEMA S2H welding control (with valve output and interlocking pressure switch) connected on the same power line. The main purpose is to allow only one welder to weld at a time, when more than one welder is initiated on the same power bus that cannot support the demands of more than one control.

TE 101 is a microprocessor welding control unit for single-phase resistance welders. It is a particularly versatile welding control unit as it may be used in a wide range of welding applications, both in manual welders (manual and pneumatic operated) and in automatic welding systems. The integrated ammeter and the welding current control limits function allow an easier adjustment and allow the checking of the welding quality.
